Earnings Statements

Your earnings statement details the types of wages or earnings being made to you as an employee, including a breakdown of the deductions and withholdings which result in your final net or take-home pay. You are encouraged to review your earnings statement every payday.

How To Access Your Earnings Statement

Web-based earnings statements are available three days prior to payday in My IU Info.  In the My Pay section, select Earning Statements. Historical earnings statements are accessed the same way.

To access your online earnings information, you will need your Network ID (NetID) and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). For 2FA access, visit the NetID Center.

You can add a shortcut to your mobile device's home screen to make it easier to review your earnings statements. See Earnings Statement Mobile Shortcut Guide for instructions.

See the Sample Earnings Statement for an example with a description of terms.

Employment Verification

Employment verification is made through the Employment Verification System (EVS) in My IU Info. In the My Employment section, select Employment Verification System for instructions on how to access the EVS.
