University Payroll & Benefits Service Portal

University Payroll & Benefits (UPB) Customer Service provides a variety of services for employees and units. Services range from providing guidance on how to process pay adjustments and troubleshooting payroll-related pages in Banner to processing benefits and benefit choice changes.

UPB Customer Service can be contacted via the following avenues: 

  • Access the University Payroll & Benefits Service Portal.
    Select your university to create a service ticket and access support knowledge.

  • Phone support -- Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Walk-in support -- Monday through Thursday - 9:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. 
  • Note: There are no walk-in hours from noon to 1:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and none on Friday.

  • Please call your local UPB Customer Service office if you need to schedule an appointment for a time that is outside the walk-in hours.
