Encumbrance List Page

The Encumbrance List page (FGIENCB) displays an on-line summary of all encumbrances in the Banner system. This is a query-only page, so users are unable to update any displayed information.

Fields that can be queried include:

• Encumbrance number
• Encumbrance type
• Encumbrance description
• Status indicator – O (Open) or C (Closed)
• Encumbrance establishment date
• Last activity date

1.  Type FGIENCB in the Search field and press the ENTER key.

2.  On the header menu, click Filter.

3.  Enter your search criteria.

4.  Click the Go button.

5.  Review the results.

6.  Click the Close button to return to the main menu.
