My-UI-Financials Questions

Why don't I see any data?  The  message says "No data found.  Try changing the filters or choosing a different fiscal year and period."

Answer: You do not have access to the application.  Email myuifinancials@uillinois.edu for help with access. 

What do the columns mean?

Answer: The columns are defined inside the application.  Select the About the table fields link to review the Table Definitions for each tab.  Refer to the Column Definitions job aid for additional information. 

How current is the data in My-UI-Financials?

Answer: The information for the current fiscal period is one day old.

How can I tell if the information has been updated today?

Answer: The data in the My-UI-Financials dashboard should be updated no later than 8:30 a.m. Monday through Friday. To check data availability, go to the DS System Status & Availability page and look for the Finance Data Mart update time.

Why don't I see my CFOP on the dashboard?

Answer: First, confirm your access has been provisioned in Access Manager on the My Roles tab.  If you do not have access, search for the CFOP on the Search tab to find your Report Assigner.  

If you are able to confirm your access in Access Managers My Roles tab, there hasn't been any activity on the CFOP this period.  Check another period to to confirm this.  Please note, only expenses are populated on the All Funds tab.
