Account Type (one-digit)

The initial Account Type section shows budget amounts for each one-digit Account Type.

Account Type 1 - Expenditures
Account Type 2 - Labor
Account Type 3 - Revenue
Account Type 4 - Transfers

The Account Type section follows the Organization section, and it is always on one page. It shows the budget amounts grouped by account type for the Organization shown in the Report Parameters section. Scroll down to view the entire form, then click on a red-outlined section to view its description.

Clicking on any one-digit account type accesses the two-digit Account Type section of the report.

Notice that there are no entries for Transfers. The University of Illinois does not specifically budget for transfers, but they are on this report for SCT clients who may budget transfers.

Normal revenue balances (account type 3) display without parenthesis, and normal expense balances (account types 1 and 2) display in parenthesis.

Normal expense balances (account types 1 and 2) display in parentheses, and normal revenue balances (account type 3) display without parenthesis.

Notice the updated section name "By Account Type."
