The Organization Hierarchy Report shows budget amounts in five increasingly detailed sections. The first section of the report shows budget amounts summarized for organizations, but the focus and presentation of budget information changes as you drill down to different sections.

Organization
Section – The highest layer in the Organization Hierarchy
sorted by organization code.
Account
Type Section – The third highest layer grouped and totaled
by two-digit account type.
Account
Type Section – The second highest layer grouped and
totaled by one-digit account type.
Account
Section – The fourth highest layer sorted by program
and account.
Line
Item Detail Section – The lowest layer that shows the
individual budget with complete FOAPAL information.
