Organization Hierarchy

There are two main sections of the Organization Hierarchy report: Report Parameters and Query Results. Within the Query Results section, the Organization column is used to drill down to additional sections of the report. Click here to view the hierarchy for the organization used in this query.

Click on a red-outlined section to view its description.

The next page displays the next layer of the report, produced by clicking on GQ in the Query Results.

The Report Parameters section displays the Budget ID, Phase ID, and CFOAPAL parameters you entered at the top of each page. Query results are based on these parameters.

For the Organization Hierarchy report, the Report Parameters section also indicates how the report is currently organized and, in some cases, how results are listed.

The Query Results display the selected columns and information for those organizations you are authorized to query.

NOTE: If you are not authorized to view an organization, your query results return empty rows.

The Organization column displays the organization you entered and any of its immediate subordinates with drill-down capabilities.

A left-aligned organization code accesses the Account Type section of the report for that organization.
A right-aligned organization code accesses another page showing the roll-up amounts.
