The Mass Change Parameters and Round to Nearest tools work together to affect all Worksheet line items that do not contain an individual Change Value entry. Any value entered at Mass Change Parameters is rounded by the selected Round to Nearest value when you click the Calculate or Post buttons.

Mass changes and rounding options are rarely useful for the line item approach to budgeting used at the University of Illinois. It is recommended to accept and never change the 1.00 Round to Nearest default shown.
