The University of Illinois System Purchasing Divisions developed a series of "Quick Reference Guides" to provide a high level overview of the processes and requirements. These guides are intended to assist those involved in a procurement process have a better idea of the information necessary to meet requirements in acquisition of goods and services. These guides are intended to be in compliance with the State of Illinois Procurement Code and acceptable public procurement principles.
