UPS Contract Rates for Letters and Packages

Unless otherwise noted, the rate and zone charts are contained in PDF files.

To calculate the total UPS shipping charges for your shipment, you must add the current Fuel Surcharge Rate of 7% to our contract price.

Domestic Air and Ground Rates

Guaranteed delivery for letters and packages:

• Next Day Air by 10:30 am (for letters under 8 oz.)

• Next Day Air Saver by 3:00 pm (for letters under 8 oz.)

• 2nd Day Air by end of 2nd day

• 3-Day Select (Air) by 3rd business day

• Ground Commercial date promised 

• Ground Residential date promised 

Package weight maximum is 150 pounds per package.

Guaranteed delivery:

• Express by 10:30 am

  • Letters — Next day to major metropolitan areas.

  • Packages — End of next day to major metropolitan areas; Other Locations by end of 2nd day

• Standard 3-5 days ground [Pending customs approval]
