Payroll Adjustment Request Interface System (PARIS)

PARIS is the payroll adjustment entry system that interfaces with Banner. The application was developed in partnership with University Payroll & Benefits (UPB), Administrative Information Technology Services (AITS), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and OBFS Business Solutions and Support (BSS).  It uses similar technology developed for the Human Resources Front End (HRFE) application, and its functionality is being rolled out in phases.

PARIS Adjustments

PARIS includes the ability to process Current Pay Adjustments (CPA) during payroll calculation and Prior Underpayment Adjustments (PUA).

PARIS Security Access

How to Get Security Access to PARIS Prior Underpayment Adjustments (PUA)

Security access to the PARIS PUA module will be granted only to individuals who:

  1. Complete both the required PARIS Courses.
  2. After completing both courses, notify your Unit Security Contact (USC).  Your USC must then submit the request for access for performing PARIS PUAs.

Security access to the PARIS CPA module is requested by your Unit Security Contact (USC). Your USC submits the request in the Security Application.  Training is not required at this time.

Illinois COVID-19 Paid Administrative Sick Leave Job Aids (currently expired)

Prior to May 11, 2023, fully vaccinated employees who missed work due to COVID-19 may have been eligible for COVID-19 administrative sick leave at full pay. An adjustment may be required to restore missed pay during the eligible period.
