My-UI-Financials Access Manager - Assign CFOP Level Roles

  1. Sign in to the My-UI-Financials Access Manager.
  2. Select the Search tab.
  3. Select CFOP under the Search for a specific CFOP, Grant, Fund, or Org section.
  4. Enter the common attributes of the CFOP in the empty fields.
  5. Select Search.
  6. Select the Fund Title link for the CFOP that you want to add to the users profile.
  7. Select Manage Roles
  8. Select the NetID, Name, or UIN option by User Search.
  9. Enter the required information in the empty fields.
  10. Select Search.
  11. Select the role appropriate option from the menu.
  12. Select Add Role.
  13. Click the back arrow on your internet browser 4 times to get back to the list that was populated when you entered your common information.
  14. Repeat steps 7 through 12 to add additional CFOPs.

Access will be available the next day.
