Routing to Others Outside of iCS

  1. After logging in to iCS, click the Documents icon (if necessary).
  2. Check Out the contract (if necessary to prevent other users from editing) by clicking on the Check Out link or right-clicking the contract and selecting Check Out.
  3. Right-click the contract and select Save a Local Copy.
  4. Select a location to save the contract and click OK.
  5. Send the contract as an email attachment for review or signature.
  6. When you receive the contract back, if any changes have been made, including a signature added by another party, you must version the contract (refer to the Versioning job aid).
