Inception-To-Date

Departments with grant funds now have another way to locate the inception-to-date (ITD) detail and summary operating ledger monthly statements by using the Topic section of the View Direct application. These reports have been organized under the following Topic headings:

• FIOPLFITD1 - FIGL ITD OPERATING LEDGER STATEMENT BY FUND-CHART 1

• FIOPLFITD2 - FIGL ITD OPERATING LEDGER STATEMENT BY FUND-CHART 2

• FIOPLFITD4 - FIGL ITD OPERATING LEDGER STATEMENT BY FUND-CHART 4

• FIOPLFITD9 - FIGL ITD OPERATING LEDGER STATEMENT BY FUND-CHART 9

By expanding each tier of the hierarchy, the user will be able to access the topic IDs created for the FIOPLEITD (Revenue Expense Transfer Detail Statement ITD) and FIOPLITDS (Revenue Expense Transfer Summary Statement ITD) reports for charts 1, 2, 4, and 9.

Expanding the topic for the appropriate chart, displays the periods available (dates the reports under that Topic were run). Under each period is the list of fund (grant) codes for that chart. Under each fund code are two topics, FIOPLEITD1 (Revenue Expense Transfer Detail Statement ITD) and FIOPLITDS1 (Revenue Expense Transfer Summary Statement ITD). Expanding the topic will display each period in the fiscal year. The user can now further navigate down to the organization codes related to each fund code and retrieve the operating statements.

Users will find this view helpful in identifying all the organizations charging expenditures to their fund codes and in reconciling their grants.
