Purchasing Card (P-Card) Certification Course
All University employees who have an existing role or will be assigned a role in the P-Card software are required to complete training regarding program policies and pass a certification quiz. This includes all Cardholders, Reconcilers, Approvers, Department Card Managers (DCMs) and delegates for any of these roles.
Web-based Training
To facilitate compliance with mandatory training for the Cardholder, Reconciler, Approver, DCM, and delegates for these roles, UPAY Card Services created a self-paced, web-based training for P-Card program guidelines, policies, and procedures. At the end of the training, anyone with a role in the P-Card process must take and pass the certification quiz.
To take the P-Card Certification Course, University employees must enter the Learning Management System (LMS) using their NetID and password.
