20.2.3 Request Cards for Conference Guests

Policy Statement

Conference cards are used mainly to provide short-term guests access to services, such as dining. Conference cards are not assigned permanently to particular individuals because they are intended for short-term use and may be returned and re-used for other events. Conference cards must be returned at the end of a conference. The unit that hosts a conference is responsible for the distribution, use, and collection of these cards.
