The Download All Worksheet Columns button downloads all the Worksheet data to a file, for use in a spreadsheet. This option is not recommended for use at the University of Illinois.

The Download Selected Worksheet Columns button downloads data to a file for use in a spreadsheet. This option is recommended because it contains data most pertinent to the University of Illinois budget model.

The Requery button is used with the Calculate button to enable users to see the effect of line item changes before they are posted. The Requery button clears calculated changes from a Worksheet.

The Calculate button is used with the Requery button to enable users to see the effect of line item changes before they are posted. The Calculate button computes and displays line item changes without saving them.

The Post button saves a line item entry permanently. Posted entries update the Proposed Budget, Cumulative Change, and New Budget columns.
