A Budget Worksheet query is similar to a Line Item Detail or Organization Hierarchy query, with these exceptions:

• You must query with a data-entry Fund and Organization code, because each line item's data is used to create journal vouchers.
• The Budget Worksheet can be locked for organizations, preventing users in those organizations from entering changes.
• You can only query those funds and organizations for which you are authorized. When you query a fund or organization for which you are not authorized, an error message displays.
