Budget Duration
Code indicates whether to view temporary or permanent
budgets, or both in query results. Because the University
of Illinois uses only permanent budgets, selecting All is
an easy, harmless default to use.

A Financial
Manager may be associated with a fund and/or an
organization in Banner, but rarely is in practice. Selecting None is
an easy default, recommended to avoid including a primarily
empty column in query results.

Generally, select all
the checkboxes in the Check to Include section
to quickly include all budgeted line items
in query results. Transfers are not budgeted at the University
of Illinois, so including them in criteria does not change
the query results.

The Save Query
As field is for you to enter a title for a query
so you can save its parameters and re-use them later.
To prevent your query from being duplicated or overwritten,
be sure that the Shared check box is always
unchecked.
