Customer Service

The Customer Service unit is the single point of contact for University Bursar customers, for all University Bursar concerns and requests. Customer Service serves as an advocate for University Bursar customers, assisting with any billing disputes or problems. The Customer Service unit is responsible for: Managing all customer University Bursar inquiries, including referring customers to appropriate offices for issue resolution. Creating and maintaining marketing and communications tools. Campus relations - including orientations and training.  Customer Service can be contacted at bursarhelp@uillinois.edu.
