The Proposal Tracking (PT) module has captured proposal data sent to the Central Offices beginning July 1, 2004. This data may be extracted using the following three options.

UI eRA Reporting Tool - The internal reporting tool supplied by the software system will allow the user to generate basic reports using limited queries. Data will be available for the UI eRA user based on the pre-defined roles in the UI eRA system. Training for this tool is provided through Tutorials and WebEvents hosted by the UI eRA Help Team.

Decision Support EDDIE system - A variety of pre-defined, hard formatted reports have been created and others are under development. These reports will also provide a data download option and flexibility with user defined prompts. Data will be available for the UI eRA user based on the pre-defined roles in the UI eRA system. Training for using the EDDIE system is available through Decision Support.

Decision Support EDW - UI eRA Data may be found in the EDW-Finance Grants Proposals and the DM-Finance Grants Lifecycle Universes. This high level summary data will be available to all users. Training for using the warehouse is available through Decision Support.
