Treasury Operations

Treasury Operations is part of University Administration, and is a division of the Office of the Senior Associate Vice President for Business and Finance. Its offices are located on the Urbana-Champaign campus.

Treasury Operations provides services to the University that closely resemble the role of a corporate treasury department. Our focus is the management and coordination of the University’s banking relationships, treasury services, debt issuance, card services, and insurance programs.  The primary areas of responsibility include: Cash Management, Capital Financing, Risk Management, i-card Programs, Agricultural Property Services, Merchant Card Services, Tax Compliance and Analysis, and University Investments.
