International Group Travel Agencies

Due to the specific requirements related to international group and study abroad travel, the University has negotiated contracts with three travel agencies who specialize in this type of travel. Upon request, these agencies will assist with group check-in at O’Hare airport, work with destination tour operators, and provide travelers with a 24 hour emergency system to assist with protection against airline cancellations, hotel overbooking, and emergency situations such as illness, security threats, theft, etc.
