Direct Deposit Banking

The Office of Business and Financial Services, Payroll Division and Student Accounts Receivable have implemented changes in the distribution of payroll and student refunds payments. These changes will improve timeliness of payment to the payee and reduce costs incurred by the University.

Employee Payroll Deposits

Effective July 1, 2011 all employees will receive their pay through direct deposit to an account with a financial institution or automatically have their pay deposited on a pay card.

Student Account Refunds

Enrollment for direct deposit of student account refunds is now available. Effective January 3, 2005, all student account refunds will be processed via direct deposit to an account with a financial institution. For more information see the student accounts Web page:
