Training Certification Report

This Training Certification Report provides the names of individuals who have completed their P-Card Online Training and the date they completed it. The report is sorted by chart, org and individual's last name. The report is an Excel spreadsheet. You may download it and sort the data in any way that is useful to you.

This report will be refreshed every Monday morning and will be a list of all P-Card role holders who have completed the quiz since November 1, 2011. That date was the completion of the last full training for all individuals having a role in the P-Card process.

Note: All individuals wishing to have a role in the P-Card process will be required to take the online training and pass the certification quiz.
