The Office of Business and Financial Services prepares and updates documents which outline how the business of the University is conducted and how records are kept. These documents provide information and instruction on:

  • Standard business and financial policies and procedures of the University
  • Standard business and financial practices of the University
  • Basis for control over policies and procedures in business operations
  • Features and specific details of the various accounting systems

Business and Financial Policies and Procedures Manual

The Business and Financial Policies and Procedures manual contains basic business and financial policies uniformly applied to the University. The Senior Associate Vice President for Business and Finance approves University-wide policies in the Business and Financial Policies and Procedures manual. Notification of updates to the manual is emailed to all deans, directors, unit heads, heads of administrative units, business administrators, and others who need the information.
